If you are having a problem logging in to your account or seeing the error message " Username and Password are incorrect. Please try again", there may be several reasons for this:
- The email/ password combination you are entering is incorrect. There is a spelling mistake in the email/ password you have entered. >To avoid this, please ensure there are no spaces before or after your email/ password and check that the CAPS LOCK is off.
- In some cases, clearing your browsing history and cookies could help as well. From our experience as well, google chrome works best when accessing your customer portal.
- Additionally, keep in mind that the Password must be at least EIGHT characters long and contain at least 1 number 1 capital letter. White spaces or special characters are not allowed except the following characters @ $ % _ # ( )
In order to Reset your Password, Click Forgot Password. https://account.ampglobal.com/
Enter The Email Address you used to submit your original account application > RESET PASSWORD
It will email you a reset password to your official email address.
