How to enable or disable exchange-Traded futures?

If you plan to trade futures, this is not an automated option, and you will have to enable it:

Go to My Accounts>https://account.ampglobal.com/MyAccount/Index

Click on the account number (in blue), then "Modify Futures Feed."

> Then submit the form to choose the markets you want to trade and then save (Submit).
Once this is done, we will process your request and send you an email with confirmation.

The fee for the data feed is charged once when connected (for the current month), then at the beginning of each month.  The Exchanges (such as CME) charge per calendar month....not 30 days from when you enable.  So even if you allow it on the last day of the month, the Exchange will charge the entire month (even if only allowed for one day).

How to Disable Exchange-Traded Futures Data

If you no longer want to have a data feed, you have to follow the same setup request > EXCEPT Select > Disable all Exchange data.

If by the end of the month your account balance is below $100-you will be disconnected.
